1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Meria Agency website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Meria Agency provides web design, development, and discovery infrastructure services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Project Agreements

All project work is governed by a separate project agreement that outlines:

Scope of work and deliverables
Timeline and milestones
Payment terms and schedule
Revision policies
Ownership and intellectual property

These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

A 50% deposit is required to begin work
Remaining balance is due upon project completion
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee
Work may be paused for accounts more than 30 days overdue

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

All custom design and code created for your project transfers to you
You receive full ownership of your domain, content, and assets
We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or proprietary data with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Meria Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

Payment is due for all work completed to date
Completed deliverables transfer to client upon payment
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
